Also I work out 3-4 days a week and try to eat right most of the time, but I do like splurging now and then!
I am an animal lover. I love sunsets and then staying for the second act when the stars come out to dance. I think it is fascinating to sit out at night and watch the milky way as it moves across the sky. It makes a great time for reflection of many things. Also love watching the early morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. Seeing it and listening to the animals as they make their morning sounds & sing their morning songs..... it is like seeing the world born anew!
